Bear Grinder ships orders using third-party logistics providers (“3PL”) and major shipping carriers.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders process within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed after 3 PM PST may process the next business day

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • International destinations where legally permitted

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days + Order Processing Time

  • International: 7–21 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are non-refundable

ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours

  • Lost packages are investigated through the carrier and handled case-by-case
